LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

Cold Weather Protection — Includes insulation and a heat pack. This is not a Live Arrival Guarantee and does not entitle the buyer to a replacement for loss, delay, or damage of any kind. Non-refundable.

Live Arrival Guarantee — Includes a heat pack. Entitles eligible buyers to a replacement or shop credit when all conditions below are met. Non-refundable. Replacement value is capped at $300 per order. No cash refunds.

Orders shipped without the Live Arrival Guarantee are shipped at the buyer's risk. Carrier delays and extreme temperature exposure are beyond our control and are not covered.

To Qualify for Replacement

  • Plant must be brought inside immediately upon delivery.
  • Claim must be submitted via email (hello@plantamani.com) within 6 hours of confirmed delivery — no exceptions.
  • Submission must include a minimum of 3 photos showing all plants and all packaging as received.
  • Do not re-pot, prune, alter, or discard any plants or packaging before your claim is reviewed.
  • Covers dead-on-arrival plants only. Shipping stress, cosmetic damage, delay, and loss are not covered.
  • Plants listed as "rescue/rehab" are not eligible.

Winter Advisory

Heat packs have a finite heating time (advertised at 96 hours) and are not effective in below-freezing conditions — plants may still arrive cold. Thermal insulation provides the primary protection. We recommend waiting until extreme weather has passed before placing an order.

We reserve the right to hold shipments until conditions are safe for transit. We will never ship an order we believe is likely to suffer damage en route.

Inspection & Claims

All claims must be submitted in writing via email within 6 hours of delivery (as noted by the carrier via available tracking) and include a minimum of 3 photos (or unboxing video) showing the full plant and all original packaging. Do not prune, re-pot, or discard any plants or packaging until your claim has been reviewed and resolved — original packaging is required for any carrier insurance claims and cannot be substituted.
