Shipping
We ship to all locations in the United States and select territories via UPS and USPS. Standard free shipping (for qualifying orders) is via UPS ground. Flat rate shipping is available for a fixed cost on orders up to $100, these orders also ship via UPS ground.
Buyers are encouraged to and responsible for upgrading shipping service when necessary via the available options at checkout. We advise customers to upgrade shipping when their local temperatures are above 80 degrees or when the order destination is outside of the southeast United States and the delivery estimate (as provided below) exceeds 2 days.
Please refer to the checkout page for your selected shipping service and available upgrades. Once the parcel is in the possession of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the parcel and the carrier should be contacted with questions related to delivery.
CARRIER-RELATED QUESTIONS
Buyers should contact the carrier for delivery-related questions, they are best suited to help resolve these issues. Buyers are required to seek reimbursement for damage caused in transit directly from the carrier. Seller is not liable for any damage or delay caused by or during the possession of the carrier.
LOST/STOLEN ITEMS
Buyer may report stolen, missing, delivered to the wrong address, etc packages directly to the carrier. Missing packages marked "delivered" by the carrier are not the responsibility of the seller.
