Every live plant is unique. Your plant will be cared for like it's our own and will be selected especially for you.
Plants advertised as "EXACT" in the title, will be the exact plant pictured. to receive. Feel free to contact us with any questions before placing your order, we're here to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable.
Please note that unless otherwise identified, the plant you receive will vary from the picture provided (i.e. different number of leaves).
Shipping
Ships in 3-5 days via UPS Ground. Expedited delivery options available at checkout.
Upgraded shipping is a separate option available at checkout, Free Shipping is ground (5 days).
Orders without LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE are shipped at buyer's risk. Orders declining the Live Arrival Guarantee will not be considered for replacement due to cold damage, delay, or loss of any kind (issues beyond our control) and are shipped at the buyer's risk, understanding the risks of shipping live plants in exstreme temperatures.
OPTION 1 - COLD WEATHER PROTECTION: Insulation andheat pack - NOT A LIVE GUARANTEE
OPTION 2 - LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE: Insulation andheat pack plus our replacement guarantee (conditions below).
Option 2 entitles eligible customers to a replacement/shop credit when certain conditions are met (NO REFUNDS). This add-on is non-refundable for any reason.
To qualify for replacement:
* Package must be brought inside immediately at time of delivery.
* Guarantee covers dead on arrival plants only - this guarantee does not include shipping stress, cosmetic damage/stress, etc.
* Proof must be submitted via messages immediately on arrival (within 6 hours of confirmed delivery) - NO exceptions
* Minimum 3 pictures of entire order including the packaging and plants.
* Do not alter the plants in any way (no repotting, no pruning, nothing please) and do not dispose of any of the packaging.
* Plants advertised as "rescue/rehab" are not eligible for replacement
Heat packs have a finite heating time and may arrive cold. Plants are primarily protected by the thermal insulation, which prevents heat exchange through the wrapping.
Due to extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to hold your order until favorable shipping conditions present themselves. We never want to ship an order which would be likely to suffer damage or die in transit.
Heat packs are not effective in below-freezing conditions and will arrive cold. Buyers should consider ordering when extreme weather has subsided.
