Option 2 entitles eligible customers to a replacement/shop credit when certain conditions are met (NO REFUNDS). This add-on is non-refundable for any reason.
To qualify for replacement:
* Package must be brought inside immediately at time of delivery.
* Guarantee covers dead on arrival plants only - this guarantee does not include shipping stress, cosmetic damage/stress, etc.
* Proof must be submitted via messages immediately on arrival (within 6 hours of confirmed delivery) - NO exceptions
* Minimum 3 pictures of entire order including the packaging and plants.
* Do not alter the plants in any way (no repotting, no pruning, nothing please) and do not dispose of any of the packaging.
* Plants advertised as "rescue/rehab" are not eligible for replacement
Heat packs have a finite heating time and may arrive cold. Plants are primarily protected by the thermal insulation, which prevents heat exchange through the wrapping.
Due to extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to hold your order until favorable shipping conditions present themselves. We never want to ship an order which would be likely to suffer damage or die in transit.
Heat packs are not effective in below-freezing conditions and will arrive cold. Buyers should consider ordering when extreme weather has subsided.
Winter Shipping Protection
Every live plant is unique. Your plant will be cared for like it's our own and selected especially for you. Plants may arrive with minor cosmetic imperfections such as creases, tears, or discoloration from shipping stress. Please allow up to 30 days for your plant to acclimate before repotting.

Thank you, thank you thank you to PLANTMANI for wrapping my item so carefully to make sure it got to me safe and sound and healthy. For context today is the 22nd (Wednesday) and my plant was mailed on the 15th. It was supposed to arrive on Saturday but got delayed, Sunday there’s no mail, Monday was a national holiday, and Tuesday there was no mail, because Texas froze over. If it weren’t for the heat pack in my plants careful wrapping I don’t know that it we’ve gotten to me in such a happy condition. I was honestly scared that it would be sad or dead from being in a box for so long.
