A rare Colombian species prized for its narrow, lance-shaped leaves with velvety texture and subtle silver veining. New leaves emerge pale green, gradually deepening to emerald while maintaining their elongated, pointed form (15-25 cm long). The short, sturdy petioles and compact growth habit make it ideal for terrariums or humid shelves.
Care
Light: Low to medium indirect light (no direct sun)
Water: Keep evenly moist (water when top 1" of moss/bark feels dry)
Soil: Epiphytic mix (sphagnum moss + perlite + orchid bark)
Humidity: 80%+ ideal (terrarium recommended)
Temperature: 65–80°F (18–27°C)
Growth: Slow (patience required)
