Anthurium Silver Blush Mint Variegated

A variegated selection of the crystallinum-derived 'Silver Blush' hybrid, distinguished by soft mint-green variegation combined with the cultivar's signature shimmering silver web-like venation. The compact, slow-growing, heart-shaped velvet leaves often show stronger mint tones in younger growth, becoming more silvery as they mature under bright indirect light. Well suited to plant shelves, cabinets, or terrariums given its manageable size and high humidity needs.

• Light: Medium to bright indirect light — dappled light mimicking its canopy habitat; brighter indirect light enhances the silver venation. Avoid direct sun which scorches the velvet surface.

• Soil: Open, chunky epiphytic mix of orchid bark, perlite, and coco coir or sphagnum; excellent drainage essential. Never waterlogged.

• Temperature/Humidity: Warm temperatures of 70-85°F days with cooler 60-65°F nights; high humidity of 80%+ is crucial — terrarium or greenhouse conditions are ideal.

• Watering: Keep consistently moist but never soggy; water when the top 1" of moss or bark feels dry. Never allow to dry out fully; never waterlog.

• Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during active growth; consistent feeding supports the silvering effect. Dilute to half strength. Reduce in winter.
