A rare variegated selection within the Monstera deliciosa group, grown for its multi-toned foliage combining green, cream, and golden-yellow variegation across the leaf. The "tricolor" designation refers to the three simultaneous color zones present, with new growth often carrying the warmest golden tones. A vigorous climber that develops the characteristic fenestrations and splits of the species as it matures on a support. Variegation is unpredictable across successive leaves, with each uniquely patterned.

• Light: Bright indirect light is essential for maintaining the variegation and supporting growth across the reduced-chlorophyll sectors; insufficient light causes reversion, while direct sun scorches the pale and golden tissue.

• Soil: Chunky, well-draining aroid mix of orchid bark, perlite, and coco coir; excellent drainage essential. Never waterlogged.

• Temperature/Humidity: Warm temperatures between 65-85°F; humidity of 60-70% supports the best growth and cleanest leaf emergence. Avoid cold below 55°F.

• Watering: Allow the top 1-2" of medium to dry between waterings; water thoroughly and drain completely. Never waterlog — variegated forms are particularly sensitive to root stress.

• Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer monthly during active growth; train on a moss pole for larger, more fenestrated leaves. Reduce in winter.
