Seller truly impressed me with their customer service. I ordered this plant before the snow storm & didn’t purchase insulation (I wasn’t aware of the storm the day of purchase & have ordered many plants over the years during winter w/o insulation) I didn’t realize until many days later that the seller had messaged me advising me to update my package with insulation or 3 day shipping. Fast forward to getting my plant, it came dead. Frozen to the bits, poor thing. I messaged the seller, owning up to my mistake and asking for a replacement (obviously willing to pay for 3 day shipping myself) but the seller went above and beyond, paying for a 3-day label themselves, waiting the cold out and sending me my package in pristine condition.
