DocBlock's 'Michelle' — an IAS-registered F3 selection rooted in a rare Anthurium magnificum lineage — delivers dramatic emergent leaves in deep violet to burgundy-purple that darken through near-black before maturing to rich dark green with bold white venation and a distinctive "X"-shaped vein pattern at the petiole. 'SKG Silver' from Silver Krome Gardens contributes a crystallinum-type lineage celebrated for large, velvety leaves with a silvery iridescence and exceptionally bright crystal venation. Seedlings from this cross can express a compelling range of traits drawn from both parents — each plant a unique outcome of exceptional genetics.

This hybrid performs best in medium to bright indirect light to preserve deep leaf coloration and venation contrast — avoid direct sun, which scorches the velvety surface. Keep soil evenly moist but well-draining, allowing the top third to dry between waterings. High humidity of 60-80% is essential, supported by a chunky, open epiphytic mix of orchid bark, perlite, and coco coir with excellent airflow to the roots.
