Ficus elastica, 'Shivereana' stuns with oblong leaves splashed in lime-green, cream, and dark green, often with a watercolor-like blend of colors. New growth emerges shockingly bright pink-orange, fading to its signature mottled pattern.
Care
Light: Bright indirect light (2–3 hrs morning sun enhances variegation; direct sun scorches)
Water: Let top 2–3" dry out (overwatering causes leaf drop)
Soil: Well-draining mix (potting soil + perlite + orchid bark)
Humidity: 50%+ (adapts to homes but crisps below 40%)
Temperature: 60–85°F (16–29°C) (avoid drafts)
Growth: Moderate (can reach 6–8 ft indoors)
