A multi-lineage hybrid within the Queen Anthurium group. 'Esmeralda Queen' — itself a cross of 'Ecuagenera Queen' (a warocqueanum × waterburyanum selection) and A. warocqueanum 'Esmeralda' — contributes elongated, pendant, thick-textured velvet leaves of a jewel-toned green with subtle venation. Crossed with 'Green Savannah', which adds its own green-toned velvet character, the result is elongated, velvety leaves with pale contrasting venation that deepen in color and lengthen as the plant matures. Individual seedling expression varies.

• Light: Bright but soft indirect light supports the best leaf development and protects the velvet surface from bleaching. Avoid direct sun.

• Soil: Very open, chunky epiphytic mix of orchid bark, perlite, and coco coir with excellent drainage and aeration; never waterlogged.

• Temperature/Humidity: Cool to warm temperatures between 60-80°F; high humidity of 70-80%+ is essential for the velvet surface quality and cleanest leaf emergence.

• Watering: Keep consistently but lightly moist — allow only the top inch to approach dryness between waterings. Never waterlog; never allow to dry out fully.

• Fertilizer: Feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer supplemented with calcium and magnesium every 4-6 weeks during active growth; dilute to half strength. Reduce in winter.
